More women in tech!
When the Executive Board of our shareholder Endress+Hauser visited CodeWrights last week, we took the chance to discuss a topic that`s still important: We need more women in tech companies! Endress+Hauser Group, in keeping with its role as global leader in measurement instrumentation, is conducting an employee-led program to increase the participation of women at all levels in the company. Under the banner of “Women’s Integrated Network (W.I.N.)” employees at entities around the world undertake measures to increase female representation throughout the workforce to ensure continued success. As we believe that mixed teams with diverse thinking and heterogeneous strengths will cope better with complex challenges, CodeWrights is committed to activate the potential of women in the company and aims at increasing the number of women in key positions.
